Casas do Sotavento was founded in 2008 with the goal of becoming the leading real estate agency in the eastern Algarve. We stand out for our commitment to technological development, with a presence on around 220 national and international property portals and dedicated pages. We provide personalised support and create solutions tailored to each client.
We manage more than 2,000 properties from private owners, companies, banks and partnerships. All our professionals ensure rigorous management of mediation contracts and of the buying and selling process. We also provide consultancy to all our clients, supported by modern and digital tools for business management.
